Courtney Robbins is a local, upcoming artist, born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey. Courtney started dancing at the age of two and has trained and competed in many different styles of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and modern at Eastside Dance Company. Courtney’s experiences in the competition world opened her up to many different opportunities, including being invited to On Point National Dance Competition in Virginia Beach where she attended ballet master classes as well as performed works by the talented Shelby Trenary. She also studied all styles of dance by master teachers at the Dance Olympus convention for several years. She is currently a candidate studying to receive her Bachelor of the Arts in Dance from Georgian Court University where she is studying with many different artists including Silvana Cardell, Erin Quinn Bonczek, and Michaela Rae Mann. She has performed works created by Jessie DiMauro and Jessica Totaro. Courtney’s love and passion for dance is what drives and motivates her. Courtney truly wants to share and spread her love for dance with others, and continue to grow throughout all her experiences with MMDA.
